Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and shipping times may vary depending on your location. If you have order a custom product, please allow 1 week for processing time. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation and tracking details where applicable.
We take great care in packaging each item to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as carrier delays.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Non-Returnable items
Due to the unique and sensitive nature of our products, certain items may not be eligible for return unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectOriginal shipping fees are non-refundable
